Sandra Baker is the Director of Operations and Family Support for the DSALA. Her extensive knowledge allows her to help families of various needs throughout many stages of development. She is a key connection to the Hispanic community.

Sandra is also a mother of two, with a teenage daughter and a younger son who was born with Down syndrome. She and her husband have lived in the Los Angeles area for over 25 years.
