This training provides a comprehensive, actionable roadmap for parents navigating long-term care planning for adults and children with disabilities, focusing on securing a dignified future through legal, financial, and personal planning. Attendees will learn to define essential carer roles, structure finances, prepare siblings, and create a personalized Independent Plan to ensure long-term stability and quality of life.

Candis Bowles has over 20 years of experience supporting families in the special needs community. She has helped thousands navigate special education, Regional Center, IHSS, and Medi-Cal services, and is the founder of CareForward Planners, where she assists caregivers in planning for future transitions.
