Join ZOOZ Fitness and the Down Syndrome Association of Los Angeles (DSALA) for a 6-week virtual fitness series designed to help you move, grow, and feel your best - all from home!

Each session blends strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance in fun, adaptive workouts led by our certified ZOOZ Fitness coaches. These sessions are designed for all ability levels, promoting confidence, health, and community in a supportive environment.
