  Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD). The SDP Orientation project
  is a partnership between SCDD and the California Department of Developmen
 tal Services (DDS). She brings more than 25 years of experience advocating
  alongside people with disabilities\, their families\, and the providers w
 ho support them.\n\n<b>Guest Speakers:\nAdrian Jimenez\, Independent Facil
 itator</b>\nAdrian Jimenez has 10 years of Regional Center experience\, wi
 th the past 5 years focused on the Self-Determination Program (SDP). He ha
 s experience launching and supporting SDP programs and helping families na
 vigate the Regional Center system. Bilingual in English and Spanish.\n\n<b
 >Marc Zimmerman is the CEO and Co-Founder of ARCH Financial Management Ser
 vices.</b> Prior to starting this company\, Marc started and sold various 
 companies in the Software\, Real Estate\, and Financing sectors. In additi
 on to being an entrepreneur\, Marc attended the Berklee College of Music i
 n Boston. He is a highly accomplished keyboardist\, pianist\, and composer
  with worldwide recording and touring credentials.\n\n<b>Fanfan Wang\, Par
 ent Coach\, CEO of Soul River</b>\nFanfan Wang\, Founder & CEO of Soul Riv
 er\, is a Certified Professional Life Coach specializing in supporting par
 ents of children with developmental disabilities. She provides Parent Coac
 hing (371)\, helping parents strengthen emotional well-being and build sus
 tainable routines. She also provides Community Integration Support (331) t
 hrough creative coaching—filmmaking and dance—to foster self-expression an
 d community engagement for individuals with developmental disabilities.\n
 \n<b>SDP Participants: Linda & Eden Rapp</b>\nLinda and Eden Rapp will sha
 re their personal experience with the Self-Determination Program\, along w
 ith helpful resources and insights from their journey. Their firsthand per
 spective will give families a real-life look at navigating and making the
