 l receive the medical forms\, which must be returned prior to the start of
  camp. \n\n<b>EVERYONE MUST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM and MEDICAL FOR
 MS </b>\n\nAll children and young adults with Down syndrome and similar sp
 ecial needs are welcome. The Academy focuses on physical training\, tennis
  instruction\, and fun!!!
