The Disability Mediation Center (DMC) is working to negotiate agreements without going to court. Between 70 and 80 percent of all cases are successfully mediated. This program matches 75 students with disabilities receiving special education.
The Civil Rights Litigation Project protects the civil liberties of people with disabilities throughout negotiation and litigation.
The Education Advocacy Project helps low-income and minority students with learning disabilities, ADD and ADHD receive appropriate special education.
